I wanted to share a drawing my daughter did the other day. 
She gets a lot of enjoyment from drawing and she’s been doing it on and off for a few years.
Sometimes she’ll draw a lot, other times she’ll leave it alone for a while while she’s exploring other things.
But make no mistake…she’s an artist. Like I wrote in this blog post The Artist In All Of Us, she’s an artist because she creates art. 
What a beautiful drawing. I love the wing tips! It’s amazing how proportioned the arms and body are. Tell your little girl that we love her drawing!

My oldest was the same way for a very long time, now he spends every spare minute drawing – even when he’s supposed to be doing other things. He may not be able to create the perfect picture the first time, but he keeps trying and is proud of his work. And isn’t that what we want to instill into our children the most?!
